As of writing, the group of Senator Trillanes already surrendered their hold-out at the Peninsula Hotel. There are some speculations the "coup" was pre-meditated, as can be construed by the sudden existence of their website.
Apparently, some e-mail communication were made beforehand, planning the "spontaneous coup". Some underground groups were able to sniff the e-mail messages and Filipino maintained security blog, deliciously called ISAW, posted this entry yesterday.
